Jede Veröffentlichung des Brandmauer Report ist eine Zeile in einem Protokoll: Inhalts-Hash, Ed25519-Signatur, Position in einem Merkle-Baum. Die Wurzeln werden stündlich lokal und in einem Objektspeicher mit Löschsperre verankert. Jede Leserin kann das Protokoll offline prüfen.
